Why i cant connect to the game

i already connect to you server lucena ran but when i tried to connect my character to the game it says that "the character data failed to be processed" i already downloaded everything the client the patch and the new patch but still i cant connect to the game what should i do plzz help me

try not to double click your character when you are going in game
ahmm .... did you download the " may 21 2008
new patch -fixed, sorry for the mess " if not... i think thats the problem...
but if you download it.. you can connect easily
